Today, strengthened by these 6 certifications / labels within an Integrated Management System that governs and ensures our operational excellence, the Rabat Tramway has set clear ambitions, rigorous processes, and transparent performance monitoring in service of our 44 million annual passengers:
Certified at the core of our Integrated Management System for our public mobility service:

  • Service quality as the cornerstone of our relationship with our passengers (ISO 9001)
  • Environmental responsibility to strengthen the sustainability of our public service (ISO 14001)
    Reducing our impact on the planet by optimizing the use of natural resources:
  • Electrical energy through the optimization of our consumption (ISO 50001)
  • Water management through the use of recycled and treated water (ISO 46001)
    Awarded the CGEM Corporate Social Responsibility Label (ISO 26000) for the enhancement of our Human Capital:
