  • I found a Tram card that a customer lost. What should I do?

     

    Please kindly deposit the found card at one of our commercial agencies:

    Rabat: 1, Corner of Gafsa Street and Patrice Lumumba Avenue, Hassan, Rabat

    Salé:

    - agency located inside Salé Ville ONCF train station

    - Hay Moulay Ismail agency: Zarbia Avenue, Moulay Ismail subdivision, Salé.

    Or at our administration office located at:

    Corner of Abderrahim Bouabid Avenue and Mohamed V Boulevard, Salé

  • I would like to submit a complaint. Where should I go?

     

    You can submit a complaint with the details (example: inspector ID number, report number, time of the incident, etc.) by calling our customer service at 0537 86 32 32. Or by writing it manually in our complaint registers available at one of our 3 commercial agencies:

    Rabat: 1, Corner of Gafsa Street and Patrice Lumumba Avenue, Hassan, Rabat

    Salé:

    - agency located inside Salé Ville ONCF train station

    - Hay Moulay Ismail agency: Zarbia Avenue, Moulay Ismail subdivision, Salé.

  • Do I need to be a student in Rabat/Salé to benefit from the student subscription?

     

    No. To obtain the Irtiyah Talib card, you must have student status and be under 26 years old, even if you study in another city. To benefit from it during your stay in Rabat, simply visit one of our 3 commercial agencies:

    One agency in Rabat: 1, Corner of Gafsa Street and Patrice Lumumba Avenue, Hassan. Two others in Salé: one inside Salé Ville ONCF train station and another in Hay Moulay Ismail on Zarbia Avenue, Moulay Ismail subdivision.

    The application file must include:

    - the completed and stamped form from your educational institution Download

    - a school enrollment certificate for the current academic year (original and one copy; we compare both and return the original)

    - one passport-size photo

    - a copy of the national ID card (CIN)

  • How can I know if I received a fine?

     

    You can go to one of the 3 commercial agencies with your subscription card and/or national ID card (CIN). Our agents will provide you with the information.

  • If I want to get a subscription as a minor student, how do I handle the ID card? And what are the prices and required documents?

     

    The prices are as follows:

    - Monthly: 160

    - Quarterly: 450

    - Semi-annual: 860

    - Annual: 1600

    The required documents are:

    - Copy of the national ID card (for minors, the father’s or mother’s ID card)

    - Passport-size photo

    - School enrollment certificate for the current academic year (one copy with the original; we compare both and keep the copy)

    - Form duly completed and stamped by the educational institution (you can obtain it from the commercial agency or download it)
