Quality Policy

Transdev Rabat Salé, a subsidiary of the Transdev Group, a major player in mobility, aims to be the reference transport operator in Morocco by delivering impeccable service quality, based on the Group’s best practices and standards.

Every day, the quality of the service provided must be at the heart of our performance and our concerns. Our efforts must be directed toward our passenger customers by delivering a reliable and high-performing service, and toward our Organizing Authority STRS by honoring our contractual commitments within a relationship of trust and transparency. To achieve this, we rely on the committed and dynamic Quality approach of the Transdev Group.

This system, based on the principle of continuous improvement of our performance, is structured around four main pillars:

  • Safety for our customers and employees;
  • Service reliability;
  • Effective management of passenger information;
  • Comfort and cleanliness of vehicles and stations.

It is first and foremost by meeting these objectives, in the service of the population, that we build a relationship of trust with all stakeholders.

Our performance is ensured above all by the women and men of the company. That is why this ambition must be shared by everyone, at all levels, and reflected in all of our daily actions.

As for me, I commit to ensuring the availability of the resources necessary to achieve these objectives, and I entrust the QSE Manager with the mission of deploying and driving this approach.
