Network and traffic information:

    • Why were the schedules changed?
      • Following the declaration of the public health state of emergency in our country, and in order to reduce the risk of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adjusted our schedules and frequencies while ensuring continuity of service.
      • Why does the network change so often in terms of frequency and schedules?
        • - Due to the current state of emergency and the confinement conditions required by the authorities, we are required to regularly adapt schedules and service frequency.
        • - To continue providing a public transport service that enables those who must travel to have a reliable mobility solution.
        • Are your commercial agencies open? The Rabat city center and Salé ONCF commercial agencies are open: Outside Ramadan hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 Saturday: from 09:00 to 13:30 Between September and November: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 19:00 Saturday: from 09:30 to 14:00 Ramadan hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00
        • Saturday: from 09:00 to 14:30 The Hay Moulay Ismail agency in Salé is open:
        • Outside Ramadan hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00
        • Between September and November: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:00 Ramadan hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00
        • How can I obtain a travel ticket?
          • You can purchase tickets via the “Tram Mobile” application, from ticket vending machines, or from authorized retailers.
          • Do I still need to validate my travel ticket? Ticket validation remains mandatory when boarding the tram.
          • What should I do if I already paid for my subscription during the lockdown?
          We will provide you with all relevant information regarding subscriptions and decisions related to this matter at a later date.   On board the tram:
          • Why are only two doors opening? This measure helps limit passenger capacity to seated places only, thereby reducing the risk of virus transmission.
          • What hygiene measures have been implemented? Enhanced cleaning operations are carried out before each departure at the four terminal stations, and all ticket sales points are disinfected.
           
          • Do I still need to validate my travel ticket? Validation remains mandatory in order to travel.
